CNC H Beam Drilling Machine
APPLICATION
This machine is special equipment for drilling H-beam, channel steel , box beam and angle steel in steel structure, bridge, three-dimensional parking garage, petroleum platform and other industries.
FEATURES
- Integrated machine with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic elements;
- This machine has three power heads. All holes on the three sides of the workpiece can be processed in one pass;
- There is no need to set thickness of the workpiece and length of the drill bit. The fast forward and work forward conversion are automatically carried out. The processing efficiency is high;
- The control system is composed of a host computer, servo motor, PLC, external detection sensor, etc.;
- The CNC feeding trolley is driven by a servo motor with high positioning accuracy;
- There are positioning cylinders on the upper and lower raceways to ensure the accuracy of drilling;
