APPLICATION
This machine is used for cutting H-shape steels, shape steels, U-shape steels, square tubes, box beams and channel steels by Plasma Power. This machine is used in the field of steel structure, bridge, three dimensional garage and petrol platform.
COMPOSITION
This machine is composed of loading roller, CNC trolley, pressing positioning unit, manipulator (including fixed support), movable overturn offloading roller, plasma cutting system, controlling system, and smoking-cut purification system.
FEATURES
- This machine adopts USA Hyperthermia HPR260XD plasma power, Max. Current 260A, Max. Opening hole thickness is 32mm, Max. Cutting thickness is 65mm.
- German Igus high software cables.
- CNC adopts robot-controlling system.
